ChEBIのowlのimport方法

ChEBIはontology情報の提供formatの1つとしてowl fileを提供している。 Protegeで読むには大きすぎるのでttlに変換しvirtuosoにimportする。

owlの取得

wget ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/chebi/ontology/chebi.owl

owlからttlへの変換

brew install raptor
rapper -i rdfxml -o turtle chebi.owl > chebi.ttl
